DELIVERY
Delivery times are normally between 5 and 21 days but obviously subject to stock availability. We make every effort to get goods to you as rapidly as possible. All deliveries are notified to you in advance. Where possible we will give an a.m. or p.m. arrival time This may incurr a small fee. Deliveries booked at exact times are not possible.
All orders placed must be delivered to the account holders address when paying by PayPal.
We deliver free within mainland UK on all orders over £299 - call us on
0845 260 9470 for confirmation.
In most cases items are delivered brand new and boxed by our carrier, this service is normally a one man operation and includes delivery of the product on the appointed day to the main entrance of your premises providing the entrance is large enough otherwise will be left as close as possible to the delivery adress via pallet truck, removal and disposal of packing is not included.
Please check goods are correct and free of damage at time of delivery as no claim can be made after signing the drivers delivery note. If damage is found upon arrival and inspection call us immediately on 0845 260 9470 and we can make arrangements with the carrier to return goods and re-arrange delivery. If damage is found subsequently we must be notified in writing or email within 48 hours of delivery and we will notify the supplier for inspection and if collection is required a charge may be levied.

We make every effort to get goods to you as rapidly as possible, our carriers will contact you as soon as stock is available. Delivery times are Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm, unfortunately no timed calls can be arranged although it may be possible to give an indication on the day of delivery.
RETURNS
The customer reserves the right to cancel their order, up to and including 7 days after they received the goods. To do this the customer must give notice in writing, either by post or e-mail and return the goods within 30 days of notifying us. The goods must be returned in the same condition as received, any statutory rights are unaffected by this agreement.
If the customer wishes to return goods where there has been no error on our part, this will incur the original cost of delivery imposed by the carriers together with the cost of returning same.
We will reimburse the customer within 30 days of receiving notice of cancellation.
